Nee, de PowerTube 500 Smart en de gewone PowerTube 500 zijn niet uitwisselbaar. De Smart-variant werkt uitsluitend met het Bosch Smart System en gebruikt een ander communicatieprotocol. Controleer altijd welk systeem op uw fiets is gemonteerd.
Ja, op elke reparatie geeft KWS Seuren garantie op het verrichte werk en de gebruikte onderdelen. De exacte garantietermijn wordt vooraf met u gecommuniceerd.

Wanneer u uw Bosch accu voor reparatie aan ons aanbied, starten we met een grondige diagnose om de staat van de accu te bepalen. Op basis van deze diagnose stellen we vast wat er nodig is om de accu te herstellen. Wij nemen contact met u op om de bevindingen te bespreken. Daarna kunt u beslissen of u de reparatie wilt laten uitvoeren of niet.
Onze 'no cure, no pay'-regeling houdt in dat als wij geen oplossing kunnen bieden, zoals reparatie of een vervangende accu, er geen kosten voor u zijn. Dit betekent dat als wij uw Bosch accu niet kunnen repareren of vervangen, u niet hoeft te betalen voor de door ons uitgevoerde onderzoeken of pogingen tot reparatie.
Als u na de diagnose besluit om uw Bosch Powertube 500 Smart Horizontaal accu niet te laten repareren, brengen wij onderzoekskosten in rekening. Vervolgens sturen we uw accu terug. Dit zorgt ervoor dat u volledig op de hoogte bent van de staat van uw accu en de mogelijke reparatiekosten voordat u een definitieve beslissing neemt.
Indien alleen de optie reparatie mogelijk is kan het zijn dat de accu niet te reviseren is. Het kan ook zo zijn dat wij de accu nog niet eerder binnen hebben gehad en dus niet zeker weten of de accu te reviseren is met de daarbij behorende capaciteiten.
In veel gevallen kunnen wij de accu nog wel repareren ook al is een revisie niet mogelijk.

De Bosch PowerTube 500 Smart horizontaal is een geïntegreerde frameaccu uit het Bosch Smart System. Met een spanning van 36V en een capaciteit van 11,6 Ah is deze accu ingebouwd in het onderstel van de fiets voor een strak en gestroomlijnd uiterlijk. De PowerTube Smart is uitsluitend compatibel met e-bikes die zijn uitgerust met het Bosch Smart System. Wanneer u problemen ervaart — zoals verminderde actieradius, foutmeldingen of een accu die niet meer oplaadt — kan KWS Seuren deze voor u repareren.
Veelvoorkomende problemen met de PowerTube 500 Smart
Bij de Bosch PowerTube 500 Smart horizontaal zien wij regelmatig communicatiestoringen tussen accu en fiets, naast de gebruikelijke problemen zoals capaciteitsverlies. De accu kan foutcodes genereren, niet herkend worden door het systeem of onverwacht uitschakelen. Omdat de PowerTube in het frame is geïntegreerd, is demontage lastiger dan bij een externe accu. Het reparatieproces bij KWS Seuren
U stuurt de Bosch PowerTube 500 Smart horizontaal op naar ons werkplaatsadres. Wij raden aan de accu vooraf uit het frame te (laten) verwijderen door een fietsenmaker. Na ontvangst meten wij de individuele celspanningen, testen het BMS en controleren de Smart System communicatie. Op basis van de diagnose ontvangt u een prijsopgave. Pas na uw akkoord gaan wij over tot reparatie. Na afronding wordt de accu uitgebreid getest. Betaling vindt plaats bij gereedmelding.
